ISO 9001 and ISO 39001 Certification for INTERAMERICAN Assistance from TÜV HELLAS
INTERAMERICAN Assistance was awarded with the accreditation for quality certification according to ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of emergency medical (personal) and roadside assistance. The relevant inspection was conducted by the Inspection and Certification Organization TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD). At the same time, for the first time in Greece, a road safety certification with respect to ISO 39001:2012 was awarded to an assistance company. These certifications highlight the characteristics of the company’s leading position in the assistance market.
The quality and safety systems implemented by INTERAMERICAN Assistance for both the emergency medical and the road assistance focus mainly on the identification and management of risk when providing assistance services, as well as on the implementation of policies and quality procedures in order to ensure the timely and safe delivery of services.
